Izzy
Izzy is the cross of 2 of our lines.
Her mother is our Ariel and her father is Rigby. She has the
looks of Ariel with a wider chest, and more bone. She has picked
up the best of both worlds. Izzy loves to hunt and made her
first trip to South Dakota at just 4 months. At just under 2 she
is starting to compete in broke dog stakes. She ran in the
2011 Midwest Vizsla Futurity and handled 4 or 5 birds broke
and backed another dog on her own. I originally was breaking her
to just be for hunting, but her drive and style have changed my
mind. She handles easily and holds her birds forever. Izzy runs
at a true Gun Dog range. She is a
natural retriever and has a great temperament, which makes her a
wonderful house dog. Look for her running at a limited number of
field trials this year.
